Hey there — I’m Jannina. 👋I’ve spent 20+ years in HR, growing my career across financial services, telecom, and tech. I started out in recruitment and eventually found my sweet spot in talent management, employee engagement, and making HR more human (and more efficient) through smart use of tech.Right now, I’m diving deeper into AI and coaching — two powerful tools that are shaping the future of work in very different, but exciting ways. I'm big on continuous learning, asking better questions, and helping people grow (including myself).
